how long it take to itch email support to respond? [Problem with my game}

I HAVE READ THE DOCS OF THIS TOPIC (AND I HAVE CHECK MY GAME BASE ON THAT)

first sorry for posting this here. but i have to ask, how long it take to itch email support to respond?

I have my  itch game Deindexed (can't find it when i search for it.). That is why i reported it in a email to itch, but i just got the notification of "My email being reviewed" and then nothing for 2 days.

any help or an idea of the period of "Email review" will be apreciate.

NOTE: I know that asking for time is annoying so please before closing this post  at least point me in the right direction.

Note: if someone can direct help me with the "Deindexed game" will be the best thx

Please do not create topics asking how long it will take for support to reply to you. Different questions may take different amount of time to respond, typically we will respond within a 1-3 days but it may take longer depending on the type of issue. If you need to create a topic about an issue you’re having, don’t make a topic “How long until support responds,” because that is useless to anyone else. Make a topic explaining your issue and what you have tried.

As mentioned in the rules, if there is a support request involved then you must include the ticket ID.
