Not receiving verification emails from Itch.io

here's the issue.  Im trying to recover a bunch of games from the email address linked to this new account. The only reason I created an account was because I was not receiving any of the emails. I have previously received emails from the address,  having got all of the receipts for the games in question. One email went to my spam folder, which I then told Outlook was not spam, and since then, I have not received an email. The email was a verification for my address, but when I followed the link, I was told it was not valid anymore. Any assistance would be great.

I looked up your email in our transactional email service and it looks like your address has been blocked for sending because you reported one of our transactional (eg. account related email) as spam. Perhaps you accidentally clicked the spam button?

I checked my Outlook settings. I do not have any of the Itch email address on my block list, and even have one of them on my safe list. Would it be possible to get it unblocked?

I submitted a request to re-activate the email. Our transactional email provider is very strict about emails being reported as spam and typically permanently block you from being a receiver. Please ensure you have your mail client figured out and you don’t accidentally mark any of our emails as spam. If it happens again we likely won’t be able to reactivate sending for your email address.

Transactional emails are automated messages sent to an account following specific interactions or transactions with a service or platform. Examples include purchase confirmations, password resets, and critical account notifications (like login attempts, 2fa codes, etc.). If you mark any of these critical emails as spam then you’re effectively opting out of being able to be communicated with and your account will be considered non-function with an invalid email address.
