There was an error with your request

Im having an issuewith gaining access to a game I have pledged to on patreon. I am following the link provided by the creator of the game (which has worked before) and when I try to link Itch.io wth patreon it says "There was an error with your request". I have pledged enough to have access to the game and this is only happening now. I have tried doing this under a different internet connection as well as under icognito mode with no luck.

The same here.  Last month it still worked and this week I can no longer open the Patreon files.

I have cleared the cache and also tried it with different browsers (Edge and Firefox) and on the cell phone (Android). I always get the same error message. It's no fun with itch.io if you can't download the content you've paid for.

Ditto. I increased the Patreon pledge to acquire a game and am getting the same error.  Tried disconnecting and reconnecting patreon account, different browsers, accessing it from my phone, all to no avail.  I submitted a bug report but have yet to hear anything back on it.

Is this issue resolved for any of you? I'm having this issue with my patrons at the moment. None of my itch pages are accessible for patrons.

Hi

I wrote a message to support on October 5 and described the problem. I immediately received an (automated) reply that my request was being reviewed. Since then there has been no reply and the download has not worked. It is extremely annoying when you can't download products that you have paid for. Since apparently several people are affected by this (and the problems have occurred before according to Google searches), I don't understand why itch.io doesn't resolve cases or at least provide feedback.

Still seeing this issue....

Add me to the club. Inside, outside, upside-down. No matter what I try the issue is the same.

and here I thought it was my privacy tools.

Having the same issue here.

Same issue here.

After the download did not work for two months, it is now working again. I was also able to download the missing files for the months of October and November. Well, the problem has been solved.

Cannot download. "You do not have a pledge etc." I do. Still cannot download. No reply from support. @Kammf How did you solve the problem?
