Can I receive money not through Paypal and Stripe?

Hello, I live in Russia. And I can't open an account not in Paypal, not in Stripe.

If you use "Collected by itch.io & paid later" you can use paypal or payonner to receive money from Itch.

Stripe can be used if you set "direct to you" only.

There are no other alternatives available, except for very, very special case
