Back in April I accidentally sliced my left thumb in half and was unable to do much of anything. Luckily it was not my dominant hand and I was still able to type and drag a mouse without too much hassle. The healing process was long and tiring but I'm happy to say it is over. I have started back up and plan to budget my time to get more done every day.
I started working on a project at about week 2 of the injury to keep my sanity, I needed to make something and couldn't step in the shop for months.... So 9 levels, three areas, and a few upgrades later I am ready to start finishing the release version of my game. I still need to add audio, achievements and a few other polishing steps but I'm glad I have something to show for my downtime.
now will it be my best game? nope, I hope not because I want to do better.
