pressing forget says it will then its still there. cant recuit cali since i cant forget bandit forts and using scrolls for them dosent add any new ones after 3, it just uses the scrolls with no popup or anything

happens to all locations and notice bored quest locations are overwhelming my plains map.

Feels like your save is corrupted, either old version or mods
