Trying to buy 8:11 with mastercard but it gets declined. Already emailing the itch.io support but they didn't respond. Can anyone tell me is this common or something (I don't have paypal).

Barring a problem with the card, it can happen if the creator handles payments directly and there's a problem on their end.
