Hi Itch Community,

I'm having some problems with my recent projects and game jams not being listed the website. 

Both my recently hosted jam, and my most recently published project were not listed or shown publicly. 

I was just curious if there's some sort of a hidden account setting that is prohibiting my things for being shown, because I've never had this issue before. 

I sent in a ticket to support about this, but I'm still waiting for a response.

Which games? And did you read the rules of this category before posting?

As for jams, they have to be seen by staff before they're approved for the calendar, and even then not all of them show up. Hope this helps.

2) Yes, I did read the rules, and I thought it just said do not ask for a ETA on support, which I specifically tried not to do. 

I noticed a another commenter with a similar thread, and it also had a moderator comment responding, so I assume that this type of post was acceptable.
