It looks like your network is blocking access to Google Cloud Storage. Are you perhaps in a region of the world or using a ISP that does not allow connection to Google services?

Google Cloud Storage is our primary cloud storage for game files, so unfortunately there’s no way to work around this other than trying a different network connection or using a VPN.
