500 Server error on jam page, submission page

Hello!

My game jam's submission page is broken because we changed one of the submisison questions during the submission period. I saw that in one of the other threads on this an admin had to fix it. Could an admin fix it? Our jam page is: https://itch.io/jam/melonjam5
