i get this error to many times i try to get into itch.io what is this error exactly?

i search on google and this is what i get "The HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response status code indicates the user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time" all i did is make a shortcut in my Browser home tab that take me directly to "https://itch.io/dashboard"

is this the wrong way?
