How to use Butler

So i heard of Butler is a small command-line tool that help creator managed /upload and Generate Patches for their games but I'm struggling on how to use it like what are the necessary commands to upload game file and how much parameters it can have or what it need i tried search i didn't find a clear answer not even on itch any help will be appreaciated.
