Undoubtedly being featured on the front page of itch results in more downloads of your game. I was wondering what is the algorithm behind this? What can I do to try and get my game featured? Is it purely down to downloads? Ratings? Sales?

Featured games are manually selected by our admins. A good-looking game, with a good-looking page and a quality release announcement help a lot.
