I'm guessing to unlock this, I would send my slave out on those quest requiring people? I think I just figured out the defensive Specalty, which is using skills like allure, but I'm still mostly lost.

Edit: It may be bugged, because I've tried everything. Jobs don't count for service, crafting, assistance during fighting like using first aid, sex, nothing counts towards it.
