WARNING!

The following trailer contains some spoilers for the game. If you don't want to be spoiled, don't watch this trailer.

Orochi, the eight-headed dragon of calamity that spawned to destroy all of Violeton's inhabitants. Sealed away for centuries, a Vulpes named Kitsune was tasked in making sure the beast's seal would never break.

No force on Cometia can ever slay Orochi, but only the Nova Champions are the ones destined to destroy him.

After watching the seal for an unknown amount of time, Kitsune grows desperate for the Nova Champions to arrive and finally destroy Orochi.

When the heroes have finally arrived, the seal was beginning to weaken, as the three treasures that keep the seal up were missing. While the Nova Champions have already found the Kusanagi Sword, only the Yata Mirror and the Yasakani Magatama were left to find.

After our heroes find the mirror with Kitsune finding the jewel, Kitsune began to question the Nova Champions if they truly are destined to not only save the world, but to also slay Orochi.

Wanting the beast to finally die, Kitsune shatters the Yasakani Magatama, which contained a fraction of each head of Orochi's power, revitalizing the beast to get it ready break out of its seal. But thanks to the Yata Mirror, the seal won't be able to break for about 24 hours, giving the Nova Champions no time to waste on finding the eight heads' seal spots throughout Violeton and slay each and every head one-by-one.

Will the Nova Champions succeed in slaying the eight-headed dragon?
