I've just released my first attempt at a multiplayer fps, Titan Attack! I would really appreciate any feedback that you have!

Fight against players around the world as you grow in size. Team up to take out giant enemies. Destroy the world. Titan Attack is a multiplayer shooter where every building is fully destructible. Find powerups, and defeat enemies to grow in size and win!

  • Multiplayer with 3 different regions
  • Various powerups to collect
  • Fully destructible buildings
  • Grow in size by collecting orbs from defeated enemies

Let me know what you think about Titan Attack!

This looks awesome. Great work! Have you considered adding different skins for players or guns?

Thanks! Yes I think that would be a great idea! I'm hoping the game gets enough player interest for me to be able to spend some time adding those things 😅

Yeah absolutely. It's also a great way to solve the chicken and egg problem of adding a feature which really sets Titan Attack apart and then that fills the lobbys more and that kicks off the virtuous cycle.

I asked because I have a start up called Asset Layer (https://www.assetlayer.com/) which built a backend solution for content and player management to make adding these feature super simple and affordable. It also enables UGC so you wouldnt have to do the design yourself but could leave the asset creation up to your community. Asset Layer would be especially easy to integrate for Titan Attack since we have an integration with Unity.

I'd love to show you how our platform works and give a quick demo if you are interested!

That's all good! It's not something I'm looking to add at the moment, but all the best with your start up!

Okay sounds good. If you change your mind or are willing to do a quick call anyway I'd love to learn more about the types of features that excite you so we can improve the product as well!

Thanks!

Thanks for offering to call! Once I get into the stage of implementing skins and the like, I'll definitely be more open to trying out Asset Layer and seeing how it integrates 🙂
