i have never seen an indie game dev in my life that makes a game, makes a new version of that game, and scrubs the old version entirely, i really dont think you should do that, in fact i think you should put the old games back up, it doesnt really matter if the old games dont reflect the new direction youre going with, you should just keep them up anyway, and besides, those were the games that made you popular in the first place, if you didnt make them, this wouldn't exist, so dont wipe these games away, they were how you got to where you are now, put more love into those old versions.

i kinda see your appreciation on the old games, imo i think they are kinda great too, but i think theses games shouldn't be keep being online and what you asked is against the mango-ki wishes. for him, the old games are kinda bad and it should be forgotten about, so if you wanna keep support mango-ki or liking catto boi, i recommend you to prefer the remakes instead and whipe the old one's from your head.

Edit : i don't think the remakes can be deleted bc these games makes him money so no it cannot be deleted, and the old games pages from itch.io are actually replaced to the remakes, can't think of this bringed up like that

Archiving the old games should't be archive in anyways, it is against the mango-ki wishes

don't ask to anyone who have the games to get them for yourself (i think it is, it was on the new rules of the discord server before his deletion)

in my personal opinion, i've already made a comment about this, but the old games are still very nice, and i think they could also be remastered for nolstalgia purposes. The one silent jumpscare that would trigger when you die in a specific red area in the first game spooked me down to my core, and i really think that he pinned the horror aspect down in that sense, and i would love to see some remastered versions or even just so we can appreciate how he started out. its not shameful to look at the rough past, think of it as a rough gemstone, not perfect, or sometimes even good, but it still has some sentimental value, even if it's ugly in even more than one way, its still beautiful in other ways.
