Unfortunately I tried several times and the game stayed in this room every time I tried to access to servers.

About the background repeating, generally the backgrounds are normal when I create a level (no repeats), when I export the level and play it (outside the level editor), this is where backgrounds 1 and 2 repeats. The files for the backgrounds are not the same if you look at the room files, its probably mod.json that is doing something wrong.

oh and btw custom levels backgrounds have a problem, theyre repeated when you play the level out of the level editor

And enemies dont make sounds when you kill them now (no idea if thats intentional but anyway)

i apparently heard that something new for the forever network had arrived, so i wanted to test to see if the game would work, which it didn't. the game stays on this room, this has never happened to me before.

No, I don't think it's my vpn, as it worked perfectly before and SMH it lags when i join.

if anyone has any idea why this is happening please comment, it will help me a lot

The game is pretty good, ngl I was expecting a bit more of the story mode but I found that a lot of things were well done in the game, varied design, good music, it was fun. For the moment, I haven't tried out everything forever has to offer, but I'm looking forward to using it.

One small thing I find quite confusing is the way certain things work in the game's online functions, i mentioned it somewhere else but I'll just tell u what i experienced

Sometimes the game really can't access to the domain, or even prevents me from using the online functions, which I find rather annoying because I'd like to access to the online features instead of missing them.

Do I have anything else to say about the game? I honestly don't know, I haven't tried everything the game has to offer, but I think I'll mention it elsewhere in the future

Have you tried to jump on when you are in this room? I wasn't able to move to any direction but i jumped and i was able to move

If this doesn't work, i cant do anything.

I also know how that issue comes from with the old games, basicly when you are on the ground, you get stuck until you jump. But i see that you are at the top, i dont think my tip will work instantly.

on the pause menu or the settings you have to use the mouse for confirm settings or for resarting the level, as a controller user i think it would be cool if it has an update or smth that can makes you touching the popups with a controller

i kinda see your appreciation on the old games, imo i think they are kinda great too, but i think theses games shouldn't be keep being online and what you asked is against the mango-ki wishes. for him, the old games are kinda bad and it should be forgotten about, so if you wanna keep support mango-ki or liking catto boi, i recommend you to prefer the remakes instead and whipe the old one's from your head.

Edit : i don't think the remakes can be deleted bc these games makes him money so no it cannot be deleted, and the old games pages from itch.io are actually replaced to the remakes, can't think of this bringed up like that

Please make sure that it comes from the game, DefenseEvasion is basicly a trojan virus that disable security on the computer and delete some files chosen by the attacker (ig)

I also got the same thing on various gamemaker games(it impacted some of mines), and it gone after somehow

So idk if that is true but gamemaker maybe can have issues by themselves and got some couples Trojans malwares and treats poking around

What you said never happen to me but to be clear i analyzed the games in various apps and websites recently but in anyways the games are not malicious as mango-ki said

ngl this is a really good idea! If mango made his own file for save slot, that means the game just modify it, which means he can take the control of this by creating a software for the backup utility 

If it would be possible, it would be really great!
