I do not understand the question. Do you want to know how you can shorten an url? Do you want to know if short urls are allowed? Something else?

And why would you even want to do this? People click that link. It does not matter how long it is. No one is gonna type it. Also, if you obfuscate the link, people might not want to click it, since they cannot see before, to which domain you link.
