Lost access to my account, so I created a new account to post, in case anyone knows what to do. I can’t access my itch.io account, because I don’t have access to my old email to which it was connected anymore. In fact, I completely forgot I have this feature enabled. I have taken a picture of the 8-digit codes just in case, but they didn't work. Can you help me regain access to my profile? I double checked the photos that I took from itch.io page someday, and it seems like they're 9 digits not 8, maybe that's why they don't work. And afterwards just realised that I used Microsoft authenticator instead of Google when setting up the app but it still doesn't work. Besides that the codes provided also doesn't seem to work. Or can you please delete my account I can create a new account with the same user name if I can't access it. Thank you and hope to get a feedback.
