Hi,

I have a video that works fine and has both video and sound on my pc, and in skybox on my q3.

In heresphere it has no soundtrack? I even tried converting it using ffmeg to an mp4, but it still has no sound in heresphere (and the new mp4 still works fine in other apps).

for your particular problem , a workaround
would be , maybe , to changing the sound codec to ogg or mp3
it could resolve the problem

otherwise , it would be good to give what is the problematic soundtrack codec format ?
mp3 ? ogg ? wma? aac ?
other ?
with what kind of properties (bitrate , vbr or not ...
it may be a error of this lkind
(like the sound codec and/or codec properties)

giving the type of codec could help to resolve the problem

and what is the headset you use ?
it seem , to me , that heresphere use the codec that are on the headset.

a lot of video app bundle , numerous codec , that could explain
why it work elsewhere but not in heresphere.

Based on the video name, it looks like it's using dolby atmos, which isn't a supported codec in HereSphere. Dolby audio codecs are proprietary and require expensive licensing fees. You can try using ffmpeg to transcode to another audio codec.
