Hello i am kinda new here and i am not very knowledgeable about it's system. I don't have my main device with me right know and i want to get some games while they are on sale. I want to ask if i buy a game on my current device(it's mobile) do i have to download the files right after paying or can i just buy now and download them on my other device(PC) later?
