I am looking for a game I played recently but can't remember it's name. It is about escaping people chasing you in the woods.

This is what I remember about it:

• You have to manage your hunger/thirst/rest
• There are events that happen (like finding a cave and deciding whether or not to explore)
• You have to pick ~5 items before starting the game like a compass, food, etc.

Any idea?
