I'm stuck in the "Nothing But The Truth" quest - I've found all the evidence in the upstairs and talked to everyone about everything but I cant progress - I also can't talk to Marie after confronting her about the affair. Any fix?

I'm also stuck on this one, in a slightly different way. I can start the trial, but after presenting the ledger during Francois' testimony, he says he'll amend his testimony, then the dialogue ends and I can walk around. All the characters still talk like the trial hasn't started and telling the judge to do so doesn't do anything.
