Playing the latest version on a fresh save and for some reason I cannot upgrade Valorie's devotion stat after doing it once. It says she's not high enough level, despite being level 24.

I'm also stuck on this one, in a slightly different way. I can start the trial, but after presenting the ledger during Francois' testimony, he says he'll amend his testimony, then the dialogue ends and I can walk around. All the characters still talk like the trial hasn't started and telling the judge to do so doesn't do anything.

Modded guns are completely broken in the paid Windows 64 version. Equipping a weapon with any mod causes my character to no longer be able to jump or shoot and no longer have a walk animation when moving laterally. Changing to an unmodded weapon fixes these things.
