okay, so I JUST became a member due to a game i was interested in being exclusive to this place, Chordosis and the creator recommended downloading the Itch.io app to make downloading it easier.
AND YET
this app doesn't know how to download JACK
i get told an approximation of 15 minutes to complete.
2 HOURS have passed and every time the game hits 50% or just slightly over on its download progress.

i am trying my very best to remain calm right now, but seeing this god damn progress bar RESET every few minutes is TEETH GRINDINGLY INFURATING!
