I'm hoping for something reminiscent of NES game cover art, like this one, for example:  

I'm really not sure what an artist would charge for something like this, but I want it to be of a high calibur with heart and soul - that said, I don't want to break the bank, so a happy medium would be nice.  Either reply to this or email me at allenmlewis17@gmail.com if you think you are up to the task.  I can give you a free key and assets so you can get a feel for the game to base the cover on.  I would pay through PayPal.
