I'm sorry but no. Only because Apple prevents nsfw apps and games on their store.
BUT! That may change in the next few month thanks to Europe's regulations. It's possible that soon enough, Apple will have to open their phones to another app marketplace, or authorize sideloading.
If we eventually can port our game to iOS, we will make an announcement.
