You can make an IOS version and set up an ipa download! Jailbroken (and not) devices can download ipa apps, shown prevalent with tweaked and free versions of official apps.
With the side load option, you can download any app without having to use the AppleStore. You WILL need to have a certificate for your apps however so :/
