Any plans for Mac?

I really wanna get into this sorta thing but I only have a MacBook. Is there any plans to (eventually) have it for Mac?

I'm not sure why it wasn't released for mac, because the tool is made in Godot and you don't have to do anything different to export to mac. So probably a preference from the dev?

and I'll add that, yes, i just prefer to make sure everythings working before goin live with stuff. I never expected my program to blow up the way it did so I thought the lack of a mac build was no big deal

It's a pity there isn't a Mac version, especially if it's as simple as just changing the export type :c

an export for mac would be super appreciated!

fifth-ing this, would love a mac copy!

Developer

i did a mac export, I have no idea if it'll work and will probably get blocked by mac gatekeeper but try it.

i dont have a mac so I have no way of testing if it works or not.

Yeah, sadly it doesn't work right now. The message I get is this-

“PNGTuberPlus” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

I don't know anything about programming or anything so I'm not sure how to help, but if you ever do end up getting it figured out for Mac, I will absolutely be using this, it looks so awesome!

You need to right click and Open the file and then click on Open again and the program will run.

Go to 'System Settings'  → Privacy & Security. Scroll down until you see "PNGTuberPlus" was blocked, You need to enter admin name and password, your welcome!

I never got a notification for this, thank you! This got it to open for me! (Now to work through the rest of the hangups because Mac makes it so hard for programs to run @.@)

Microphone input is not working unfortunately, but the rest of the program seems to work for the most part. Pressing Esc at any moment does return a "-50" error.
Thank you for trying a mac export. Who knows, maybe someone in the future will help out with it.
