ive had this problem since 2 days ago and its starting to bug me, anyone know how to fix this?

Ive already tried using different ISP networks, turning off any extensions, and using a Vpn. 

also, downloading any game wont work also.

Are you in the Philippines, by any chance? It's a recurring problem with a big ISP from there.
