Finish the quest for throwing out items. To start it try throwing out something illegal but choose not to after all in the second choice.
The game assumes that you met him when the bot runs away, spoiling it for me :(

The game text implies you met Bigdaddyhurt when bot disappears from MC's room, which I did not and frustrated me when this revealed a secret in a roundabout way
