I created my account a few months ago. At first games were getting in the review queue. 2-3 months ago they started getting indexed as i publish them. But they stopped getting indexed like 15 days ago. I keep creating new projects but they don't get indexed.
I e-mailed support about this 3 days ago but didn't get any answers. Do you guys have any ideas why this could happen? Or is there any way to fix this issue?
You have a couple of games set to restricted. Those can't show in search results. Another was changed three days ago and might have been placed back in the review queue. The others, I'm not sure. Please wait for support.
Edit: I also spotted a game you created two days ago. You should probably slow down a little.
yes I know I set them to restricted because I used to make sales here but when I stopped making sales I kept them so previous buyers could still have access. And I created duplicates for free versions.
The game I created 2 days ago is for the second episode of that project. So it’s brand new and I needed to publish it. I have a team so we keep having a lot to publish. Is that causing this problem?
Because my main question is that our projects were not getting in the queue. Is there a reason they started getting in the queue again?
