After a few weeks of use and even a project posted, my profile page is still hidden, when I try to access it without being logged in I get the following error

Also apparently when my project was released for some reason it didn't end up on the most recent list.

I don't know if something could have happened to my account, or if there is something I need to fill out, yesterday morning I contacted support but so far no response.

Has anyone here faced this problem?, Any help would be appreciated.
