We are a passionate game development team embarking on an exciting journey to create a spine-chilling horror adventure PC game. We are currently seeking a skilled programmer and a talented 2D/3D/music artist to join our team and bring our dark and immersive world to life.
About the Game:
In "The Ghost @ Net," players assume the role of a technician at an internet company who receives a customer service request from a grieving daughter. The daughter explains that her late mother has left behind a mysterious unit used for internet access. However, while using the unit, the daughter feels an eerie presence and suspects that her actions are not entirely her own. She implores the protagonist to investigate.
As the player controls the protagonist, they enter the unit and discover themselves in an ancient Tang-style building. It becomes apparent that the haunting network connectivity issues originate from the ghost of the daughter's mother. The ghost beseeches the player to help release her trapped soul, explaining that other souls are also trapped within the building.
Positions Available:
Programmer: We are looking for a programmer experienced in game development, preferably with knowledge of horror or atmospheric games. Proficiency in languages such as C++, Unity, or Unreal Engine is required. Familiarity with AI programming and implementing immersive gameplay mechanics will be a plus.
2D/3D/Music Artist: We are searching for a versatile artist who can create stunning 2D/3D artwork and atmospheric music that complements the game's eerie ambiance. Experience in creating horror-themed visuals and soundscapes is highly desired.
