It seems that for some SWF uploads on this website, mostly Flash game mods, it seems that the SWF doesn't load for some games, and the message "Loading SWF for the first time..." stays there. I assume Ruffle should be involved in a certain way I don't know of.

I don't think we even have Ruffle, so unless your browser still has a Flash plugin, you're out of luck. Sorry.
