I'm working in a spanish interactive-fiction twine work which is not meant to be actually adult, but has ocasional bad language in it. One of the bad-language situations is in the title, which includes a very explicit swear word.

Might this be a problem? Should I better think of an alternative title?

We don't have any rules for titles right now, but I recommend trying to avoid explicit text in them. If it's an issue then the page might get flagged as adult and not appear unless accounts have enabled adult content.
