So you really nailed the look and feel of old school shooters, but there isn't a whole lot that makes it stand out in terms of visual design or gameplay. The random generation does really feel like a big detriment as opposed to some crafted and focused levels. It feels more like a fps roguelike than anything else and the lack of any story or environmental storytelling ends of making the whole experience feel a little empty. I'm not trying to say it needs to be the next great story in gaming, but a little context can go a long way. The most frustrating part was relying on rng to give me something useful, I had four runs where I didn't even get a gun before I was killed.  So, overall, it's not bad but that's about all it is. Maybe the community aspect will improve it over time, but I can't say anything on that.

Thanks for the review! I appreciate the feedback and agree on most points. The game will never be something people remember as that one cool game, but it was hell of a lot fun to create and I am just really happily, that people play it.

I doubt, that I will make any major updates to the game, as I want to try out new projects. But maybe I’ll sit down one day and improve it :-)
