My card was charged the amount it was said for the game but no confermation email was sent, it said my zip code was wrong but the money was taken anyway. I tried again and it took more money but still said error and sent no email, therefore I can not get my game. I emailed support@itch.io but there has been no reply what do I do?

Hey there, I can see two failed card attempts, but neither have resulted in a charge. If you're seeing something in your bank report, it's a preauthorization that hasn't been acted upon, and will expire soon — no money has actually been taken.
