Is it possible to create cliffs that seamless goes into water tiles, basically without the grass. also it would be great to do a sort of reflection/continuation of the cliff in the water to give a sense of depth.

There are tiles for that in Outside_D. It's in the lower right.  But I have no tiles for reflection at the moment. But it's a good idea.
