How long does it take for a game to appear in the Search bar / all games?

Hello! Yesterday around 9am I uploaded my game

It's doing pretty well since, with over 200 downloads, but it's still not anywhere to be found in the itch itself

my traffic came from reddit, btw

How long will it take for it to appear in there?

it's my first game here

for my first game it took about 10 days, I even asked the itch support email to index it. Same thing for my second (8 days). Unfortunately the times are long, especially if it's your first game, because they have to check it. However some people have indexed it before, so you might get lucky

After it gets index, will it go the "recent games" page?

First game and if it's paid, it can easily take 2-3 weeks. It varies depending on how many games are released, but lately it seems like the queue is always full.

These values are more or less what you see in the posts here on the forum, unfortunately there are no official statistics on waiting times.
