Hey everyone!

Thanks for checking out our post. I just want to preface this with a note that our game is not currently available to play, but we will have a fully finished demo online when our Kickstarter campaign launches next month. For now, we're sharing a teaser trailer and some details about our project ahead of a full reveal. There's also an in-depth feature that went online today that takes a closer look at what our game is all about.

Aquamarine is a hand-drawn, story-driven exploration game inspired by the comics of French artist Moebius, synth music, and '70s-era psychedelic science-fiction. You play as a space explorer who crash lands on an alien planet covered in water, and has to journey through the ocean in their humble escape pod to reach their ship and get off the planet. The gameplay will focus on collecting and managing limited resources,  navigating and upgrading your pod, deciphering the planet's ecosystem, and unraveling its mysterious history through exploration and puzzle solving.

We've got a long path of development still ahead of us, so any support and feedback is immensely appreciated. Thank you for reading this, and giving our passion project a look!

More to come soon...

Looks interesting. Please reply to my post here when the demo is up so I can review it for homepage featuring.

Thanks so much for giving this a look. We'll be sure to shoot you a message here when the demo is up.

Til then!

Hey leafo!

We've got our demo up (finally!), and wanted to share with you. Thanks a million for considering us for a homepage feature. We're making sure everyone knows the final release of Aquamarine will be available on Itch.io next year. :)
