Private Game Jams

Hi! I'm new to itch.io so i'm not totally sure if this was discussed before, but is there any way (or planned feature) to host a private Game Jam? One where only people with a link or by invitation is able to access? We want to make a small Jam inside our company and using itch.io would be the easiest way to do it.

Thanks!

If you make an unlisted jam then other people shouldn't be able to find it. We don't have a way to prevent people from joining right now, but you can kick people out if anyone you don't want finds it and submits. Does that work for you?

Thanks

Hi Leafo, thanks for your quick reply.

That could work, but it rises a few number of questions:

  1. Will people from my company be able to submit games on an "unlisted" game jam?
  2. In that case, will they be able to see and vote games other members submited?
  3. Given the fact that is an internal Jam for a company we have some IPs that needs protection, so I guess there's no way to make submissions private only for our employees. This is a must since we can't risk exposing assets or ideas that could become a potential game in our company.

Best regards!

Sorry to necro this thread, but we are about to host our Jam and itchio would really help us a lot if we could use it, can someone confirm my previous questions?.
Thanks!
