Why was my game quarantined?

Hello

I tried to email support since last Saturday, sent another email on Monday and still got no reply.

Why my game was quarantined? Is an adult nsfw gay game. But there is a lot out there just like mine. I don't understand why it got quarantined.

My game is killed right now cause no one can search or find for it on the platform

Please contact support. Also, your game page is still public and fully functional. Please advertise it through other means in the mean time.

I already emailed support twice. I was ignored, got no reply

Unffortunately I have no big social media to announce the game, I relies 100% on itchio to get my game know by the community

Oops, I missed that in your OP. Support is likely busy. It's only been a few days, not counting the weekend. Either way, your game was probably flagged automatically for some reason, but not because it's NSFW.

As for the itch.io search feature, it's only a convenience, not a marketing tool. My personal advice is to be more active in the community. There are plenty of people here interested in games like yours. Talk to them.
