Real flight Basic controller ?

hello

I can buy a used realflight basic controller : my goal is to play fpv freerider : will it work?

I know the interlink controller works but have no idea if the basic one do, since it looks different, I researched without success.

Best regards

I think the cheapest option to control the quad with FPV Freerider is the E-Sky 0905A USB simulator, I'm using it and it works without a flaw on both the versions (classic and recharged) and, of course, with many other simulators.

A brand new one goes for like 20 bucks on various sites... if you are going to pay a similar amount (or maybe more), I'd definetely suggest you to buy the 0905A.

Just my 2 cents! ;)

thanks for your answer. I have researched the model you mention but where I live the only way is to import it from HK or China and wait a month or so !

I like buying second hand gear anyway it gives a second life to products and makes much more sense ecologically.

All I need is to know is if it can't, if it may or if it will work ;-)

I know many people are using their Realflight controllers successfully, however I don't know if they use the Basic or Interlink version.

so I bought the controller today and it is recognized as a gamepad under windows and works perfectly on Windows.

On Android though, there is a weird issue where all axis seems to be recognized on the first few calibration screens, but then only up/down works on the other screens and in game. Any idea what can cause this ? (right/left axis not recognized for the left stick_ mod2)

Anyway i've been playing the demo for an hour and FPV freerider is so awesome, it's super fun to play and i'm sure it will improve my real world pilot skills, even if the drones I fly are different (phantom3 and inspire1)

I'm buying the full version tomorrow !! Will I be able to buy it once and install it on my windows desktop + my mac laptop ?

If you have problem with the calibrations automatic stick detection selecting the wrong input, you can try to click on the little circle (on the calibration screen) that you see is the correct one (instead of clicking 'OK').

Thanks, I'm glad to hear!

Yes, if you buy the full desktop version you will be able to install it on both your windows desktop + your mac laptop.
