Some settings not saved and get lost when re-loading a project

When saving and reloading, it is important that the following settings are remembered (which is not the case in the latest version):
- emitter position (otherwise it is not possible to re-render at the same position, so it won't fit in the game anymore)
- the last used palette and dithering settings
- excluded colours

Hi,

Are you loading projects made with older versions? Old projects don't have some of the new data like palette or dithering (they do have emitters position though).

I've just tested it with the latest version and emitters position, palette and dithering seem to be workin fine, I can save it, close the program, open it, load the .ppd and the values are restored. Excluded colors are not saved, I forgot about that.

As a starting point I modified one of the example scenes. That might be the reason then, since they must have been generated with earlier versions.
