I have a problem with submitting a game to a game jam. Can I submit my friend's (itch.io user) game?.
Why can't your friend submit the game?
Because he has a limit to submit games to a game jam on his itch account. and he can't publish any games to a game jam.
Then that would count as circumventing a ban. Please don't.
