I live in Canada and am only 16 im not sure if i have a Tax id number im quite sure thats for when im an adult. Im not sure whether or not to enter the interview as im sure there are questions i wont be able to answer and it seems like a serious thing. Any help is appreciated as i just want to get my game out.

Hello,

Our terms require that people receiving payouts are 18 years or older. You should work with an adult to get your account set up.

That's not normal, I looked up your payout and it looks like it got blocked because the value is too low. There was a bug in our system that lets you request a payout even though the amount is too low to be paid. You currently need to have over 1 dollar in your balance to be paid out.
