Hello, how long it will take to verify Tax Validation?

I have filled Tax W8BEN-I 9 days ago and still Validation status is pending. I really want to publish my games and assets into itchio. I have contacted support few days ago but no reply yet. I hope someone help me Validate my tax soon.
