Can't access my Developer Account..

So I wanted to join on the page and I had to log in again. I noticed that I cant log in because I cant access my email page because it got hacked (I guess) so yeah, help please.. :/

Can you email support with info. If you need to recover an account that you no longer have access to you'll need to give us information that proves ownership.
